The start to this season has truely been great. The 4-3-3 formation really allows the Arsenal players to shine. With the new formation, not only can they show their talent when they have the ball, but they can also show their skill off the ball. The pressuring last night was amazing. The players worked for eachother. Fitness will be key this season as covering space plays a huge part in this tactic. The formation enables absolute teamwork - when the team attacks, everyone goes forward; when the team defends, everyone comes back. Gorgeous football. Great analysis.
